James Willie Rogers, Jr.

James Willie Rogers, Jr. was born on December 19, 1964, in Centreville, Mississippi, to James Willie Rogers, Sr. and Mable Alice Jones Rogers. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Army, proudly serving his country. James' love for his family was deep, and he had a special affection for his children—those who knew him, knew his heart was as big as his love for his loved ones.

In his professional life, James was a skilled machinist, known for his expertise in operating machining equipment with great precision. Whether he was reading blueprints, using calipers, or ensuring that every detail met customers' specifications, James approached his work with the same care and dedication that he brought to every aspect of his life. He was respected not only for his technical skills but also for his reliability, his work ethic, and his warmth, making him someone truly admired by all who worked with him. To know James was to appreciate his quiet strength and unwavering commitment to those he loved.

James was a devoted father and grandfather who cherished every moment with his children and grandchildren. His love for them was unconditional and evident in everything he did. Whether it was sharing life lessons, offering a helping hand, or simply spending time together, James made sure his children always knew they were his priority. He had a way of making each child feel special and loved, always showing up when it mattered most. As a father, he was patient, caring, and consistently present, and his legacy of love, guidance, and unwavering support will live on in their hearts forever.

James' fiancée, Carolyn White was not only the love of his life for 18 years, but also his devoted caregiver during his time of need. Their bond went beyond love—it was built on deep care, trust, and mutual respect. When James’ health began to decline, Carolyn was there for him every step of the way, offering support, comfort, and strength. Her selflessness and unwavering dedication were a testament to the love they shared, and she stood by his side through even the toughest times.

Carolyn's presence in James' life brought him peace, knowing that he had someone so loving and compassionate to lean on. Their connection was a beautiful example of devotion and partnership, and James was truly blessed to have her by his side.
